We know that our seniors are the foundation of every assisted living facility, and their care is a top priority. We strongly believe that delivering patients’ medications and supplements to the facility is the most important step in ensuring their wellness. 

Yorba Linda Pharmacy is entirely knowledgeable in Title 22, which is why we do not delay the delivery of urgent medication (such as antibiotics, pain medication, or Coumadin) due to missing Responsible Party authorization form or invalid insurance. We deliver the medication first and foremost, then work together with the facility, the family, and the insurance company to resolve any payment issues.

Yorba Linda Pharmacy accepts all insurances obtained through Medicare Part D.

Facility wellness staff will also have access to a web portal that allows electronic refill orders, use electronic M.A.R.’s, and print all medical reports necessary. It also shows every transaction made for every patient. Another feature is the delivery portal, which gives the option to track deliveries (patient name, medication, driver’s name, which staff member signed for it, the time it was delivered, and an image of staff’s signature).

Yorba Linda Pharmacy is an independent and privately-owned, full-service, Long Term Care Pharmacy.

Located in Orange County, CA, our pharmacy has been providing professional pharmacy services to Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care Units, and Hospice Care in Southern and Northern California since 1982.
