q: i am a new patient. how does your BILLING CYCLE WORK?

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Yorba Linda Pharmacy! Once your med-room staff has faxed your completed Pharmacy Agreement Forms to us, we can begin to supply your medications as ordered by your doctor. Then, all out-of-pocket charges incurred on the current month, if any, will appear on the statement that will be mailed or e-mailed to your Responsible Party at the beginning of next month.

Q: What insurances do you accept?

Yorba Linda Pharmacy accepts all Medicare Part D insurances, including Kaiser and Tricare. We suggest contacting your insurance company to verify if we are included in your plan’s list of in-network pharmacies.

Q: can i make payments online?

Yes! To make payments online, simply go to billpaysafely.com/ylrx, then click on “Make Payment” to make a payment as a Guest. You may also choose to create a log-in to securely save your card information for future payments or to opt in for its Auto-Pay feature. Only credit and debit cards are being accepted at this time, and, as always, all personal information entered on this portal are safe and protected.

Q: WHAT OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Aside from online payments through our portal, we also accept credit card payments over the phone, & check or cash by mail. However, in light of the present situation related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we kindly urge our customers to utilize the online portal to make payments to their accounts. This will greatly help reduce our need to handle paper checks and cash, minimizing the risk of possible exposure to the coronavirus.

q: DOES YORBA LINDA PHARMACY PRICE-MATCH?

Yes! Yorba Linda Pharmacy will gladly match or beat Over-The-Counter prices given by our other competitors. We will just need a copy of your receipt for comparison. Please note, prescription copayments set by your insurance company are non-modifiable and cannot be altered under any circumstances. We do not add any additional fees for bubble-packaging or delivery.
