BUBBLE PACKAGING
Yorba Linda Pharmacy packages medications in bubble packs to comply with Title 22 regulations, with labels that are easy to read, to avoid patient and medication errors.
Our automation allows us to handle high volume facilities without sacrificing accuracy or speed of delivery. Our laser-accurate robots run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing your residents to receive their monthly cycle medications with the highest level of accuracy and compliance.
Vials are also available for independent residents not under med-management.
E-MAR AND PAPER MAR
Aside from the traditional paper Medication Administration Record, Yorba Linda Pharmacy also offers a variety of electronic M.A.R. This includes, but not limited to: Quickmar, Pyxis, iMar, Eldermark, and Point-Click-Care.
We also provide Physician Order Sheets and Centrally Stored Sheets at no additional cost.
CONSULTANT PHARMACIST & NURSING SERVICES
Consultant Pharmacist Services include monthly drug regimen review, drug destruction assistance, availability for QA meetings, clinical guidelines, and educating staff & assisting with preparation for state and federal surveys.
Consultant Nursing Services include In-Services (with written and verbal reports to management), quarterly med-pass reviews, and computerized monthly cycle fill check-in.
STAFF TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
Adult First Aid/ CPR/ AED Training, Med-Tech Training, and E-MAR system training.
HOUSE SUPPLY
Med-carts, fax machines, bar-code scanners, PDR books, Drug Busters, stickers, medication cups, etc.

Switching pharmacies can be as easy as 1-2-3. Yorba Linda Pharmacy staff is dedicated to providing the best customer support prior, during, and after start-up. We provide In-Services prior to start date, and create an action plan with timeline to best fit your facility's needs.
BILLING AND TRANSACTION ASSISTANCE
Our billing department is available to help with prior authorization, Medicare Part D education, third party insurance billing, charge accounts with credit card payments, and providing local assistance for responsible parties with any other billing questions.
